Trainer

🎯 Role Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions to new franchise owners and newly joined employees.

(Product training will be provided by the company.)

🧑‍🏫 Key Responsibilities:

•     Conduct structured training sessions for new franchise partners.
•     Train newly hired employees on sales processes, communication, and travel operations.
•     Deliver training confidently to participants irrespective of age group.
•        Provide continuous training support until the new employee achieves their first sale.
•        Ensure trainees gain in-depth understanding of company processes, systems, and service standards.
•       Prepare detailed training modules with practical examples, case studies, and role plays.
•        Demonstrate strong presentation skills while conducting classroom or online sessions.
•        Monitor trainee progress and provide regular performance feedback.
•       Support franchise teams during their initial setup and onboarding phase.
•       Stay updated with product knowledge to ensure high-quality and accurate training delivery.

✅ Requirements:

6 months – 1 year experience as Trainer / Counsellor / Team Coach

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to train and handle participants irrespective of age group
• Confident presentation and public speaking skills
• Quick learner (travel product training will be provided)
• Energetic, motivating, and leadership mindset
