Travel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Talk to customers who are interested in holiday packages and understand their travel plans.

• Explain our holiday packages, destinations, and offers in a simple and friendly way.

• Help customers choose the right holiday package based on their budget and preferences.

• Follow up with interested customers and guide them until they confirm their booking.

• Convert customer inquiries into holiday package bookings.

• Maintain basic details of customers and bookings in the company system (CRM).

• Work closely with the operations team to make sure the customer’s trip booking is completed smoothly.

• Assist customers with document submission and payment process for their bookings.

• Answer customer questions related to travel packages, pricing, and destinations.

• Stay updated on new holiday packages, travel offers, and popular destinations.

• Build good relationships with customers so they book with us again or refer others.

• Support customers even after booking by helping them with travel-related information.

Requirements:

• Fresher or candidates with 6M- 1 year experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Packages / Customer Sales can apply.

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

• Should be confident in talking with customers and explaining holiday packages.

• Basic knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourism is an advantage.

• Ability to convince customers and convert inquiries into bookings.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or similar systems).

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in the travel & tourism industry.

• Ability to work with sales targets and customer follow-ups.
