Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician who can handle advanced mechanical work, lead workshop operations, and maintain high service quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and the ability to guide junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced servicing and repairs on motorcycles

• Handle complete engine rebuilds and overhauls

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Train and guide junior technicians

• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, repairs, and processes

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workshop

• Follow standard procedures and safety practices

Required Experience

• Minimum 12 years total experience in motorcycle servicing

• At least 5+ years experience in authorized showroom/service center

• Experience with brands like KTM, Triumph, BMW, Royal Enfield is a strong plus

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of engine rebuilding and internal components

• Expertise in diagnostics and troubleshooting

• Ability to handle premium motorcycles

• Patience, discipline, and punctuality

• Good communication skills for customer interaction

• Leadership and team management ability
