US IT Recruiter

Job Title: IT Recruitment Caller (Night Shift – Remote, India)

Location: Work from Home (India)

Shift: Night Shift (Aligning with US Time Zones)

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)

We are a California-based IT consultancy headquartered in Fremont, USA. We specialize in placing consultants in cutting-edge IT roles across the United States. We are currently expanding our outreach team in India and are looking for passionate and driven individuals who can connect with students and working professionals in the USA.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls daily to students and working professionals in the USA.

Identify candidates who are actively looking for IT positions or are open to new opportunities.

Build and maintain a database of interested candidates.

Convince and engage with potential candidates by explaining the benefits of working with our consultancy.

Achieve weekly targets related to outreach and lead conversions.

Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or internal tracking systems.

Report daily progress to the team lead/manager.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Strong communication and convincing skills are essential.

Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones).

Must have a laptop/desktop, a smartphone in good condition, and reliable WiFi connectivity.

Minimum 8 hours of work per day.

Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or similar tools.

Must be self-motivated, accountable, and target-driven.

Ability to manage and meet weekly performance goals.

Preferred:

Previous experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or lead generation roles is a plus.

Understanding of the US IT job market is a bonus.
