Video Editor (YouTube & Documentary Videos)

We are hiring a skilled and creative Video Editor who can edit YouTube videos, documentary-style content, and multiple category videos with high-quality storytelling. The ideal candidate must have good English understanding and the ability to deliver engaging and professional edits.

📌 Responsibilities

Edit YouTube videos, documentary videos, and content across different niches (facts, health, storytelling, lifestyle, etc.).

Structure raw footage into clear, engaging, and well-paced final videos.

Add subtitles, captions, graphics, transitions, sound effects, and background music.

Understand and follow scripts written in English.

Collaborate with scriptwriters, voice-over artists, and content creators to bring ideas to life.

Maintain consistency in branding and style across all projects.

Ensure timely delivery while keeping high editing standards.

📌 Requirements

Strong experience in video editing (YouTube/documentary experience preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Good knowledge of English (reading & understanding) for following scripts and making subtitles.

Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and creativity.

Ability to edit long-form documentaries as well as short-form YouTube content (Shorts/Reels).

Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

📌 Preferred Skills

Knowledge of motion graphics & color grading.

Thumbnail designing skills using Photoshop/Canva.

Experience with YouTube SEO-friendly editing styles (to increase CTR & retention).
