• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign responsive websites, landing pages, and ad creatives using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Figma, HTML/CSS/JS for media clients (newspapers, recruitment portals).
• Create high-ROI newspaper ad layouts, banners, brochures for top Telugu papers (Eenadu, Sakshi, Andhra Jyothi).
• Collaborate with sales team to customize designs per client briefs (HR firms, businesses in Hyderabad/Vijayawada).
• Optimize designs for print (CMYK) and digital (RGB/web)—ensure mobile-first for iPhone/Android users.
• Handle 5-10 work orders weekly; deliver pixel-perfect assets under tight deadlines (24-48 hrs).
• Brainstorm UI/UX improvements for client sites; integrate basic React/Supabase if needed for dynamic pages.
• Track project performance; suggest upsell designs (e.g., animated banners) to boost commissions.
