Job Summary:

Biomed Solutions India is looking for a detail-oriented Zoho Billing Executive to manage billing operations, subscription management, and invoicing through Zoho platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing, managing customer records, tracking payments, and coordinating with internal teams for financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage invoices using Zoho Billing and Zoho Books.

Manage billing cycles, subscription plans, and renewals.

Maintain accurate customer billing records and payment history.

Monitor pending invoices and payment collections.

Reconcile billing records with accounting data.

Assist with GST-compliant invoicing and documentation.

Prepare monthly billing and revenue reports for management.

Coordinate with sales and support teams regarding billing issues.

Handle customer billing queries and discrepancies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

1–3 years experience with Zoho Billing, Zoho Books, or similar billing tools.

Knowledge of GST billing and invoicing procedures in India.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with Zoho CRM.

Understanding of subscription-based billing models.

Experience in billing automation and payment gateway integration.
