Job Description: A 3D Animation Trainer is responsible for training students and professionals in the field of 3D animation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs that cover a range of 3D animation techniques, software, and tools. Provide feedback and guidance to students, helping them to improve their skills and reach their potential. Collaborate with other trainers and faculty to ensure consistency and quality across all courses. Participate in program development and improvement activities, such as curriculum design and program evaluation. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements. Communicate regularly with students, colleagues, and program administrators to ensure effective program delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Animation, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts. At least 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D animation, with a strong portfolio of work. Excellent knowledge of industry-standard 3D animation software, such as Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Teaching experience or training certification is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for 3D animation and a desire to share knowledge and inspire others.
