Abroad Educational Counsellor

Key Responsibilities🔹 Student Counselling & Guidance

• Guide students on higher education opportunities in USA, UK, Australia, and Germany.
• Provide course, university, and intake guidance as per student profiles.
• Explain admission requirements, eligibility, language proficiency tests (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo).
• Advise on financial requirements including tuition fees, living costs, blocked account (Germany), ITRs, bank statements, and proof of funds.
• Counsel students about scholarships, post-study work (PSW), and PR pathways.

🔹 Application & Documentation Support (Backend)

• Handle application process via agent portals / university portals (UCAS, CommonApp, ApplyKit, Studielink, etc.).
• Prepare and check SOPs, LORs, CVs, Gap Statements, Financial Affidavits.
• Ensure all application fees, visa forms, health check-ups, and biometrics are submitted correctly.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM/Excel for each country.

🔹 Visa & Compliance

• Guide students through visa filing (USA F1, UK Student Visa, Australia Subclass 500, Germany National Visa).
• Verify funds, bank balance history, education loan sanction letters, insurance policies.
• Coordinate for medical tests, embassy appointments, and visa fee payments.

🔹 Communication & Coordination

• Act as point of contact between students and universities/partner agents.
• Update students on their application status, deadlines, and interview schedules.
• Provide pre-departure orientation including travel, accommodation, and cultural tips.
