Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

·      Call potential parents/guardians using provided leads and CRM systems to generate interest in Infinity Learn programs

·      Schedule and conduct interactive virtual product demonstrations showcasing Infinity Learn's curriculum, teaching methodology, and student outcomes

·      Effectively articulate how Infinity Learn improves student academic performance, critical thinking, and overall educational outcomes

·      Address parent concerns and queries about course structure, fees, board affiliations, and teaching quality

·      Negotiate terms and close enrollment by converting interested prospects into paying students

·      Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system

·      Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and sales goals

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled parents for referral generation

·      Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous skill development programs

·      Stay updated on Infinity Learn's course offerings, pricing, and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in any discipline

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence

·      Strong organizational and time management skills

·      Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite

·      Fast internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace (WFO)

·      Ability to work flexible hours from 11 AM to 9:30 PM

Desired Skills

·      Experience in EdTech or education sector

·      Knowledge of K-12 or competitive exam preparation landscapes

·      Background in academic counseling or student mentoring

·      Multilingual proficiency (beneficial for reaching diverse parent base)

·      Experience with video conferencing tools and virtual presentations
