We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountants & Cashiers to join our team. This role requires someone who is as comfortable balancing complex ledgers as they are providing a friendly face to our customers at the point of sale. You will be responsible for managing all transactions, processing payments, and ensuring our financial records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities -

As a Cashier:

·        Manage transactions with customers using cash registers or POS systems.

·        Collect payments (cash, credit, or digital) and issue receipts, refunds, or change.

·        Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information about products/services.

·        Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area.

As an Accountant:

·        Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile the cash drawer against sales reports at the end of every shift.

·        Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions and post them to the general ledger.

·        Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and expense reports.

·        Tax & Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with local regulations and assist with tax filings.

Requirements & Qualifications·  

 .   Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Cashier and/or Junior Accountant.

·   Education: A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or Xero) and MS Excel.

·        Soft Skills: Strong mental math skills, high integrity, and excellent communication.

·        Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for discrepancies in numbers.
