Working Days- 6 Days (Monday to saturday)

Shift Timings- 11:00 am to 08:00 pm

Qualification- B. Com, M. Com, or MBA in Finance

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
2. Support financial transactions by processing payments, receipts, and expenses.
3. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting databases.
4. Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries as needed.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
7. Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
8. Assist in the audit process by gathering necessary documents and information.
9. Help identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records.
10. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
