Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Department executive to join our infrastructure company in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all insurance-related activities of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the risks associated with our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures to manage risks and protect the company's assets.

Evaluate and recommend insurance products and services that meet the needs of the organization.

Manage relationships with insurance brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.

Coordinate and negotiate insurance claims and settlements, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Monitor and analyze insurance-related metrics and report to senior management on trends and issues.

Oversee the preparation and submission of insurance-related reports and filings.

Provide guidance and training to employees on insurance-related matters.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to insurance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.

Strong understanding of insurance products and services, regulations, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
