Job Description
Enter GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) accurately in system
Match supplier invoices vs physical stock
Handle PRN / purchase return entries
Coordinate with store staff for stock discrepancies
- Accounts & Daily EntriesMaintain day-to-day accounts entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
- Handle petty cash & daily closing
- Basic knowledge of GST, billing, and invoices
- Payables & ReceivablesTrack vendor payments (payables)
- Follow up on customer dues / B2B receivables
- Maintain payment schedules
- Reporting & MISGenerate daily / weekly reports
- Stock report, expiry report, purchase & sales reports
- Identify mismatches / leakage
- Audit & ControlAssist in stock audits
- Maintain proper documentation
- Ensure zero data errors
Qualification: B.Com / Any Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years (Retail / Supermarket preferred like Vijetha, Ratnadeep etc.)
Skills:
- Excel (must)
- Basic accounting knowledge
