Account Executive (Accounting)

• Accounts Payable (AP)Process vendor invoices and verify accuracy
• Record purchase entries in Tally
• Prepare and process payments (NEFT/RTGS/Cheques)
• Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile balances
• Track due payments and ensure timely settlement
• Handle GST input entries and documentation 
• Accounts Receivable (AR)Generate customer invoices in Tally
• Record incoming payments and receipts
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Prepare aging reports for receivables
• Ensure proper GST output entries

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

Bank reconciliation (BRS)

Assist in month-end and year-end closing

Prepare financial reports (ledger, P&L basics)

Maintain proper documentation and filing

Support audits when required
