Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of experience in accounting and hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing invoices, handling day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
• Maintain ledger accounts and financial records accurately.
• Assist in GST filings and tax documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist during audits and financial reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and taxation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with bank reconciliation and GST returns.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
