Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
• Prepare tax returns and support external audits
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
