Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support statutory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and post journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.)
• Manage TDS calculations, returns, and compliance
• Support statutory audits and internal audits
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for account-related matters
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per company and legal requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP) and MS Excel
• Good understanding of basic finance and compliance procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred

• Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance
• Knowledge of MIS reporting
