Account Executive (Accounting)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records using SAP accounting software. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and previous experience of working with accounting softwares like SAP/Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable and Payable Management
• Financial Reporting
• General Accounting Duties
• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Compliance and Auditing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or has had previous experience with accounting softwares (SAP/ Tally)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
