Accounts Executive (Zoho ERP Specialist)


Company: ODOD Enterprises (GR Mitra)

Location: Raidurgam, Hyderabad

Software Stack: Zoho Books/Inventory (Primary), Tally (Secondary)


Role OverviewWe are looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Accounts Executive to take full ownership of the accounting lifecycle for our food manufacturing and distribution business. You will manage everything from daily voucher entry and inventory reconciliation to GST filing and export documentation.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Core Accounting & Zoho Management
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books/ERP.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collection from B2B/HORECA clients.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations using automated feeds.
  • Manage payroll and salary disbursements (including statutory deductions).


2. Inventory & Manufacturing (GR Mitra Specific)


  • Track raw material procurement and finished goods (RTE meals, grains, powders) using Zoho Inventory.
  • Monitor SKU-wise margins, wastage, and stock aging.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate "Bill of Materials" (BOM) accounting.


3. Taxation & Export Compliance

  • Handle monthly GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B) and reconciliation of GSTR-2B.
  • Manage TDS/TCS payments and quarterly return filings.
  • Oversee Export Accounting: Managing LUT (Letter of Undertaking), tracking IGST refunds, and recording Foreign Exchange (Forex) gains/losses.


4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate weekly Cash Flow statements and Monthly P&L reports.
  • Monitor "Ageing Reports" to minimize overdue payments from distributors.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

  • Experience: 2–4 years in an accounting role, preferably in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Export-Import.
  • Software: Proficiency in Zoho Books is highly preferred. Deep knowledge of Tally is a must (as a foundation).
  • Tech-Forward: Familiarity with using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to troubleshoot accounting formulas or draft professional communication.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian GST laws, TDS, and Export/Import accounting procedures.
