Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing & Accounts Executive to manage daily billing operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support smooth accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle invoices, payments, and reconciliations efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain records of sales, purchases, and payments
• Handle accounts receivable & payable entries
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification
• Assist in GST billing and basic compliance
• Coordinate with the sales team for order and billing clarity
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and vouchers
