About the Role

Vistara Infra Developers, a Hyderabad-based infrastructure firm, is seeking a seasoned and disciplined Site Accountant for our ongoing project at the TGGENCO Yadadri Thermal Power Station (YTPS). You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the site office, ensuring that all data entry, billing, and reporting are handled with "expert-level" precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Sub-contractor Management: Processing and verifying sub-contractor bills, ensuring timely payments, and managing work-order reconciliations.
• Data Handling & Entry: Maintaining accurate financial records in Tally and managing extensive project data.
• Daily Progress Reports (DPR): Coordinating with site engineers to prepare and file daily progress reports and financial outlays.
• Office Administration: Managing petty cash, filing physical and digital bills, and overseeing general office-related administrative tasks.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensuring all site-related expenses comply with company policy and tax regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Mastery of Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel.
• MS Office Suite: High proficiency in Word and Outlook for professional communication.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to handle large datasets and identify discrepancies in billing.
• Communication: Fluent in Telugu and English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
• Resilience: Ability to work efficiently in a thermal plant site environment and manage camp office operations independently.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum  10 years of experience, preferably in the Construction, Infrastructure, or Power Sector.
• Proven track record of managing site-level accounts and sub-contractor billing.
