Accountant

The duties and responsibilities of an accountant.

1) Preparation and maintenance of Cash Book and Bank Book.

2) Recording of daily accounting transactions in Tally.

3) Passing of journal entries, purchase entries, sales entries, and expense entries.  

4) Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.

5) Handling deposit of cheques and cash in bank.

6) Coordination of RTGS / NEFT / online banking transactions.

7) Preparation of data for GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B).

8) Deduction of TDS and preparation of related TDS workings and reports.

9) Assisting in GST and TDS return filing.

10) Preparation of monthly MIS reports for management.

11) Assisting in audit and compliance-related work. 

12) To equip with MS office,excel sheet and e-mails correspondence etc.

13) minimum 3 years experience.
