Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, maintain accurate accounts, and support the daily financial operations of the business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update daily financial transactions and bookkeeping.
• Manage sales and purchase entries in accounting software.
• Prepare and maintain profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
• Handle GST filing, tax calculations, and compliance.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and cash records.
• Maintain inventory and stock accounting (important for dry fruits and spices business).
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
• Coordinate with management for financial decisions.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–3 years experience in accounting preferred.
• Experience in retail or trading business accounting is an advantage.
• SalaryBased on experience and qualifications.
