Job Description:

Voltaura Electricals is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage GST compliance including returns, reconciliation, and filings

Ensure timely TDS calculation, deduction, and filing

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

Maintain payroll records and support salary processing

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Assist management with financial analysis and reports

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com)

Professional certification such as CA (Inter), CMA, or equivalent is an added advantage

Experience:

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

Experience in manufacturing or electrical industry is preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities
