Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledger, cash, bank, and journal entries)
- Record and reconcile daily collections, payments, and expenses
- Monitor fleet-related costs such as fuel, maintenance, repairs, tolls, and vendor payments
- Reconcile bank statements and cash balances regularly
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and expenses
- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for financial clarifications
- Assist during audits and provide required documentation
Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Proven experience as an Accountant
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
