We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and conducting various financial analysis tasks. This role is essential to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Closings: Prepare and assist in the execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Financial Reporting: Generate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor actual performance against budgeted figures.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare for and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.
• Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and standards, ensuring company compliance.
• Systems Management: Use accounting software and other tools efficiently to maintain financial records and perform financial tasks.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Any years of accounting experience.
• Certification: CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,Tally, Focus) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
