Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books / Zoho Accounts.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers.
Support monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports.
Handle invoices, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups.
Assist in preparing financial statements and budgeting reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for finance-related tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / BBA).
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Proficiency in Zoho Books / Zoho Accounts is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST/TDS basics preferred.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
