Accountant/ Accounts Executive

The Accountant is responsible for preparing, examining, and maintaining financial records to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial operations. The role supports management by providing financial insights, reports, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements
• Record daily transactions, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure tax compliance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Required Skills & Competencies, Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant work experience or internship preferred
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA) is an advantage
