Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant responsible for managing financial records, preparing quotations and invoices

and generating MIS reports to support business decisions. The candidate should ensure accurate financial documentation,

timely billing, and proper reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send quotations, estimates, and invoices to clients.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable and payable records.
• Generate MIS reports on sales, expenses, and financial performance.
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting data.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for quotation and billing requirements.
• Track payments, outstanding balances, and follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist in monthly financial closing and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or billing roles.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Tally & Zoho Accounting Software.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial summaries.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic understanding of GST and invoicing regulations.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
