Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Etna Hardware Company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling transactions, invoices, and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and support during audits
• Manage GST filings and basic taxation tasks (preferred)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
