Job Description

Handling daily bookkeeping (Mybillbook, billing, expenses, GST/TDS) and administrative duties (documentation, communication, office coordination), crucial for small to mid-sized businesses needing versatile staff for financial record-keeping and general office support, often requiring good communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting: Managing daily transactions, sales/purchase entries, invoicing, payment follow-ups, GST/TDS assistance, and basic financial reporting.
  • Office Administration: Maintaining files, managing documentation, vendor/client communication, scheduling, and general office tasks. 

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Software Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written skills in relevant languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Telugu).
  • Attention to Detail: For accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Versatility: Ability to switch between accounting and administrative tasks.
