Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Monitoring day to day routine accounting & office Admin daily activities.

- Monitoring & Following up for pending due to be received.

- Checking & Verification of bills, supporting documents, relevant approvals.

- Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles

- Conduct month-end and year-end close process

- Coordinate with the customers for payment

- Collect, analyze and summarize account information

- Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

- Should Know Tally/Busy ERP & GST filing

- Assist with other accounting projects

- Managing the internal & external Email communications.

- Data Entry in Tally

- Handling Petty Cash & Cheque voucher

- Bank correspondence/ Bank related work

- Bank Reconciliation

- Vendor Payments and Vendor Management

- Maintaining various files

- Billing - Invoice raising and sending to clients

- Performing general office duties and administrative tasks
