Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts using Tally and ERP software
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, vouchers, invoices, and bills
- Handle GST compliance including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and documentation
- Manage bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Coordinate for TDS and statutory compliances
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
