Job Description

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally / Excel
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
  • Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
  • Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
  • Support monthly and yearly financial closing

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle office administration and vendor coordination
  • Maintain employee attendance and records
  • Support HR in recruitment, joining formalities, and documentation
  • Manage office supplies and stationery
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence
  • Ensure smooth office operations
  • 🔹 Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
