Job Description
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally / Excel
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing
Administrative Duties:
- Handle office administration and vendor coordination
- Maintain employee attendance and records
- Support HR in recruitment, joining formalities, and documentation
- Manage office supplies and stationery
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence
- Ensure smooth office operations
- 🔹 Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
