Saathwik Traders is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and handle receivables/payables efficiently. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates with basic accounting knowledge.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📚 Maintain books of accounts and ensure proper record keeping

💻 Handle daily accounting entries using Zoho Books and MS Excel

📥 Manage accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments

📤 Process accounts payable and vendor payments

📦 Monitor stock and maintain inventory records

📑 Manage vendor invoices and documentation

📊 Prepare reports and maintain financial data accuracy

🔁 Assist in account reconciliation and financial tracking

📁 Maintain organized records and documentation

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 – 40 years

Gender: Both genders allowed

Education: Diploma

English: Basic English

Experience: Freshers can apply

Shift: Day (Full Time)
