Job Description for Accounts Executive Mode : Work from Office only

Graduate in Commerce but MBA Finance will be added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Handle daily Cash reconciliation & maintain proper records.

·      Should have basic knowledge of Tally entries & data posting.

·      Manage & record petty cash expenses with supporting bills.

·      Maintain proper filing of documents & records.

·      Assist in inventory checks & help prepare simple audit reports.

·      Coordinate with internal teams for timely task completion.

·      Help prepare basic reports, bills, or summaries when needed.

·      Support in budget preparation and tracking department-wise expenses.

·      Liaise with external vendors or consultants for invoice clarifications or document submissions.

·      Assist in implementing or improving internal controls for finance-related processes.

·      Help conduct basic financial analysis or variance tracking for reporting to management.
