Role Description:

We are hiring an Accounts Executive for our corporate office in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations for our apartment projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally and have strong knowledge of accounting practices, with prior experience in real estate accounting being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping in Tally.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Accounts Executive.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office suite.
• Experience in real estate accounting preferred.
• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
