About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic

finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping,

internal audits. Experience in handling branch accounting is preferred. We are looking for

someone with excellent reasoning abilities, an analytical mindset, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintaining and keeping a record of all expense/purchase invoices on a daily basis.

● Entering all expenses, purchases, credit card transactions, bank transactions in the

accounting software

● Bank reconciliation, Credit cards and Prepaid cards reconciliation

● Handling inter-company accounts and branch accounts

● Generating accounting or tax statements and reconciling the same as & when required

● Liaising with ancillary teams for getting any missing information for the purpose of

accounting

● Preparing accounting reports as & when required

● Assisting in statutory return filings

● Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations and ensure financial

alignment.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance with strong academic background.

● Experience in CA firm in addition to the industry experience

● Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and financial reporting.

● Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

● Ability to be available for any time sensitive matters.

● Ability to learn quickly in a fast growing environment

● Proficiency in accounting software (i.e. Tally) and MS Excel.

● Strong communication skills.

● Exposure to digital accounting tools and automation.
