Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Restaurant Back Office Executive to manage daily accounts, inventory, and back-office operations. The role involves handling POS reports, stock control, vendor coordination, and basic accounting to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & ReportingDaily sales reconciliation using POS reports
- Maintain basic accounts, invoices, and expense records
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reports
- Coordinate with external accountant/auditor when required
- Inventory ManagementTrack daily stock inward, outward, and consumption
- Maintain inventory records and stock registers
- Monitor wastage, variance, and pilferage
- Coordinate with kitchen and store teams for stock planning
- Vendor & Purchase SupportMaintain vendor bills and purchase entries
- Assist in purchase order tracking and GRN entries
- Ensure timely submission of bills for payment
