Accounts Manager

Job Summary :

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and cost control related to industrial concrete flooring projects. The role requires strong experience in construction/project accounting and coordination with operations and site teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Compliance :

Understand with rules available on Internet and/or Govt sites, discuss with CA & CA Consultant, Make exhaustive list of Tax compliances regarding Labour Laws, HR & Accounts, show to the CA & CA Consultant for any changes, explain to Management, share with HR & Accounts team and explain, share the status report of the same every 1st & 15th.

ESI Case:

Understand the ESI case, the documents submitted, allegations put, explanations possible, discuss with Advocate, CA & CA Consultant, explain to management and follow-up.

Reconciliations of Salary Advances & Payables:

Reconciliations of Salary Advances & Payables with Admin Team, HR Team.

Accounts & HR Follow-up:

Follow up Accountant, discuss with CA & consultant and ensure all the activities are being done as per govt rules.

Follow up HR and make sure the activities and books keeping are as per compliance and as per Labour laws.

Land & Office Space:

Search and R & D for the property .

Monthly Report:

Preparation of Monthly Labour Costing Reports.

Technical Updates:

Software of Tally-Connect to import monthly bank entries to import tally software on monthly basis.

Books Keeping & Banking:

All entries in tally books and manual books, Remittances and Reconciliations of all bank accounts.

E Waybills:

Generate waybills as and when required.

Vendor Registrations:

Vendor Registration process for new customers.

Tax Audits:

Audits to compute tax liabilities on monthly basis

Statutory Compliances:

TDS, GST, Payments, PF, ESI, PT, TRACES Payments follow-up.

Tax Filings:

TDS filing, GST filing, ESI and PF filings and GST annual filing reconciliations.

ITR:

Quarterly Advance tax calculation and help CA in Annual ITR Filings of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C Etc., follow-up with CA Team.

MCA filings:

Preparation of ROC Annual Filing (AOC4, MGT7, DIRKYC, DPT etc) with the help of CA and Follow-up.

Monthly Reports:

Preparing reports daily weekly and monthly to review meeting with management.

Banking:

Remittances and Reconciliations of all bank accounts.

Documentation:

Documentation of Invoices, Expenses vouchers and Missing Invoices etc.

Reporting:

Preparing reports daily weekly and monthly to review meeting with management.
