Ad Solutions Specialist Manager
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience working in customer relationship development by working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
- 8 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries to influence across teams with similar objectives, aligning resources and direction.
- Experience with offline media, brand lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
- Understanding of the media Industry issues to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace by being a creative and performance-minded thinker.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product specialists responsible for driving the strategy to help advertisers meet their business objectives.
- Coach the team and demonstrate both expansive and reductive thinking as needed. Invest in your own product and market expertise in the constantly changing Media landscape.
- Partner with Sales and gTech region team, drive a dual focus on fostering a customer-centric culture by pivoting all solutions around customer or marketing objectives. Build commercial muscle within the team to help deliver business through either bespoke or scaled work.
- Prioritize and build capabilities accordingly and represent gTech Ads Solutions for your markets.
- Contribute significantly to and own the strategy development and execution for your team, including in areas such as stakeholder management, continuous upskilling, vendorization, automation and operational efficiency.
