About the company :

We are into school / university deisgn and architecture and edtech with turn key project execution. Mostly corporate institutions. Working out of three countries independent . B2C and B2G .

 

Job description

  • General Operations Management Oversee daily operations across both Interior and EdTech divisions.
  • Liaise between design teams, tech teams, vendors, clients, and service providers.
  • Manage social media and promotions, client data , pending payments followup
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and quality control of projects.
  • Monitor material sourcing, procurement, and site execution.
  • Implement quality checks and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Track site progress and generate regular reports for internal and client use.
  • Support product and content development teams in project execution.
  • Oversee LMS platforms, tech integrations, and online course delivery operations.
  • Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Assist in budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations.
  • Support hiring and training of team members across departments.

Location : rdno2 banjarahills . 6 days a week [10-630pm ]
