Admin And Sales Executive

Role Overview

Mignon Minds is looking for an energetic and results-driven Admin and Marketing Executive to connect with prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and support our sales team across real estate projects, construction, interior fit-out solutions, and advanced waterproofing services. The role involves outbound and inbound calling, follow-ups, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases.
• Explain Mignon Minds’ services including Real Estate Buy/Sell Facilitation, Construction, Interior Design & Fit-Out Services, and Waterproofing solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads, schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain call records.
• Update customer details and lead status in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
• Coordinate with sales, interior design, and operations teams for smooth lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi (preferred).
• Confident phone presence and persuasive ability.
• Basic knowledge of real estate, interior services, or sales calling is an advantage.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
