Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant / Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are eager to build their career in administration, executive support, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and executive support to internal operations
• Assist with documentation, data management, and record keeping
• Handle invoice tracking and basic accounts-related documentation
• Support HR administrative activities and maintain employee records
• Coordinate interview scheduling and assist in recruitment activities as required
• Manage internal coordination and follow-ups
• Ensure confidentiality of company, employee, and financial information

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy
• Responsible and professional attitude

Education Qualification

• B.Sc / B.Com / BA (Arts) or equivalent
