Medini Cosmetic Surgery is hiring a professional and patient-friendly Medical Receptionist for our cosmetic surgery clinic in Hyderabad.

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments
• Greet patients and manage front desk operations
• Handle patient enquiries and follow-up calls
• Maintain patient records and appointment schedules
• Ensure a polite, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
• Required Skills & QualificationsFluency in English, Telugu & Hindi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior clinic or hospital front desk experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (appointments, calls, records)
• Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally
