Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic counselling to prospective students and guide them through course selection based on their interests, strengths, and career goals.

• Explain program details, admission procedures, fee structure, and college policies to students and parents.

• Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads to convert prospects into admissions.

• Conduct counselling sessions, presentations, and follow-up activities to enhance student engagement.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries, and admissions using college CRM or tracking tools.

• Assist during admission drives, seminars, college events, and orientation programs.
