Job Description:

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. This role involves handling inquiries, providing accurate information about courses and programs, counselling students based on their interests, and ensuring a smooth application and enrolment experience.

• Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
• Counsel students to help them understand program options and choose suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper records in the system/CRM.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment steps.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of admissions.
• Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
• Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Management preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in admissions or counselling is an added advantage.
• Work Environment: Office-based role with regular interaction with students and parents.
• May require occasional travel for events or seminars.
