Job OverviewRao IIT Medical is seeking an experienced and persuasive Admission Counselor (Female preferred) to be stationed exclusively at Glendale Academy, Hyderabad.

The primary objective of this role is to drive admissions for Class 11th and 12th Integrated JEE/NEET Coaching programs by actively calling parents, counseling them academically, and converting inquiries into confirmed admissions.

This position is central to delivering Rao IIT Medical’s holistic integrated coaching model, combining school education with competitive exam preparation, for students of Glendale Academy and nearby areas.

• Key Responsibilities📞 Parent Calling – Core ResponsibilityActively call parents using the relevant data/leads provided by the organization.
• Conduct structured, professional, and persuasive conversations with parents.
