Admission Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Support: Providing personalized guidance on admission procedures, program offerings, and career goals to prospective students and parents.

Application Management: Reviewing, evaluating, and processing student applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Recruitment & Outreach: Representing the school at education fairs, high school visits, and community events to attract new students.

Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and fostering relationships with prospective students, families, and high school counselors.

Key Skills Required:

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse families.

Organization: Ability to manage high volumes of applications and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of school policies, academic programs, and, for high schools, familiarity with college admission requirements.
